According to source, after a nearly month-long manhunt the New York City police have arrested 31-year-old Lenue Moore, a man charged with murder, for allegedly shooting Jackie Billini, her pitbull Zeus and her friend Levaughn Harvin on the street near 165th Street in Washington Heights on September 29.

The tragic incident was the culmination of a long-standing dispute between Moore and Billini, which revolved around noise complaints related to Billini’s barking pitbulls as well as a prior burglary and assault that led to an order of protection against Moore, a man charged with murder.

Lenue Moore, a man charged with murder, now faces multiple charges, including murder, in connection with the September shooting.
