A 29-year-old Texas man nonchalantly continued his date after shooting a fake parking attendant because he was asked to give a $40 parking fee by a scammer.
Man Still Continues His Date With Her Girl Assuming Nothing Happened
In a Houston restaurant, when the couple parked their car, there was a guy named Nix approach them and ask for a $20 parking fee. One of the restaurant crew told the couple that the guy asking for a parking fee is not working there. He was just a scammer.
Aguire feels scammed and very angry. He immediately went back to the parking area and grab a pistol inside his car. Aguire approached Nix and shot him fatally. Aguire went back to the restaurant and continue his date as if nothing happened. He told his girlfriend that he was only scaring the guy who scam them and everything was fine.
The girl has no idea what happened that night. After the next day, she and Aguire were asked by the Police for questioning because they saw their surveillance images in the area.

Aguire Was Arrested For Murder
However, Nix died in the hospital. According to the Doctor, Nix was shot fatally, and a lot of blood was lost. Erick Aguire was being arrested in Aransas County, Texas, and is charged with murder in killing 49-year-old Nix Elliot.
After bailing $200,000, Aguire was released from jail. But he is required to wear a GPS monitor and continuous house arrest. He must also be 25 miles away from the Greater Houston area.
