Fatal Shooting Suspects Face Court as Victim Remembered

In a somber courtroom session, Cristobal Perez and Kylee Au Young, charged in the tragic shooting at a homeless encampment in Las Vegas, made their appearance. The incident left five men wounded, and Timothy Bratton, 57, succumbed to his injuries.

Court Date Set for Perez; Au Young’s Case Postponed

Cristobal Perez is scheduled to return to court on February 21st, while Kylee Au Young’s case faced a delay as her public defender was absent during the proceedings.

The December 1st incident unfolded when officers discovered five men at the homeless encampment with gunshot wounds. Sadly, Timothy Bratton lost his life at UMC due to the injuries sustained.

The courtroom atmosphere was tense as the accused, Perez and Au Young, faced charges that include open murder, marking a grim chapter in the ongoing legal process.
