The building was made by Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation and San Diego Kind Corp. It’s a special place for older adults who need extra help with medical care. The building cost almost $49 million, and the money came from different sources like government grants and loans. The building is opening soon, and Americans will start moving in on Wednesday.
