The news, 10 days after Trump was designated Arizona GOP Freedom Fest keynote speaker at Dream City Church, has left fans and attendance in anticipation.

The Arizona GOP reported that Trump’s New York court duties caused the cancellation, highlighting his legal issues. Despite the defeat, the party pledged to support Trump and anxiously awaited his return to Arizona. The Arizona GOP announced the cancellation on social media.

The event originally included Trump, U.S. Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, and Eli Crane, 2024 U.S. Senate contender Kari Lake, congressional candidate Abe Hamadeh, and Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk and Tyler Bowyer.
