Ex-Middle School Teacher Allegedly Had Sex With A Student – Charges With Second Degree Sexual Assault

Yesha Bolden, an ex-middle school teacher, aged 34, was accused of committing second-degree sexual assault after she allegedly had sex with a minor under 16 and furnishing a dangerous weapon to an individual under 18.

Charged Filed Against Ex-Middle School Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault and Providing Gun To A Minor: Will Possibly Face 40 Years In Prion If Convicted

In an article posted at TMJ4, an ex-middle school teacher in Wisconsin, Tyesha Bolden, is accused with sexually abusing an eighth-grader. The ex-middle teacher was charged with second-degree sexual assault after she allegedly had sex with a minor and giving a dangerous weapon.

The mother of a 14-year-old boy filed a criminal complaint after she found out that on July 25, her son stole a family member’s car. She claimed that Bolden’s house was presumably where her son was and having sexual relationship. In her report, she stated that while she scan her son’s phone, she saw that the two is exchanging sexual images.

The West Allis police pulled over the victim on July 28 while he was driving. During this stop, his phone and a Glock pistol were confiscated. The investigation revealed that the firearm had been bought by Bolden on June 17.

Moreover, according to the complaint, the victim requested that Bolden, the ex-middle school teacher, purchase a gun for him, which she then gave to him as a 14th birthday gift at his aunt’s residence. He stated that their relationship ended on July 21, as he requested both additional money and another firearm.

Allegedly, Bolden, the ex-middle school teacher, met him at Mayfair Mall, provided him with $1,000, but declined his request to acquire another gun. Subsequently, communication between them stopped.

From May 23 to July 24, the ex-middle school teacher, Bolden, transmitted in excess of 2,200 messages, with several of them comprising love letters and promises to meet him regularly. If convicted, Bolden, the ex-middle school teacher, may spend as much as 40 years in jail.

LUMIN School Took Immediate Action Against Bolden – The Ex-Middle School Teacher

On July 27, the ex-middle school teacher, Bolden admitted her inappropriate relationship with a man to a school staff member after being confronted. The Christian school responded swiftly, terminating her employment.

Shaun Luehring, CEO of LUMIN Schools, confirmed her termination within a day, citing a breach of their Standards of Conduct.

Luehring highlighted that the school network’s faith-based principles were undermined by Bolden’s actions. The ex-middle school teacher’s bond is set at $2,500.
