CBP Data Reveals Massive Influx
According to American Military News, 7.2 million illegal entries coming across the southwest border of the United States during President Joe Biden‘s time in office have gotten high. It’s even more than the populations of 36 whole states. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data show that almost 7.3 million illegal entries have entered the country since Biden became president. Just in the year 2024, there have been over 961,000 encounters reported. Experts say this is happening because of decisions made by the Biden administration like not enforcing immigration laws and letting some immigrants go free after catching them.

Concerns Mount Over Illegal Immigration Impact
The rise in million illegal entries is causing concerns about resource strain and national security. Eric Ruark from Numbers USA blames policies like catch-and-release and temporary work permits for asylum seekers. The sheer million illegal entries entering under Biden’s administration exceeds the population of many states raising doubts about the government’s ability to manage them and enforce immigration laws properly. Ira Mehlman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform says millions illegal entries believe Biden’s administration is lenient leading to increased illegal crossings and exploitation of loopholes. These worries highlight doubts about the administration’s commitment to law enforcement and its impact on national safety.
