Expanding Access to Tax Rebate Program

The Property Tax Rebate Program, funded by the Pennsylvania Lottery, has recently broadened its eligibility criteria, allowing an additional 175,000 Pennsylvanians to qualify for rebates. This expansion raises the income-eligibility limit to $45,000 for both homeowners and renters, ensuring more individuals can benefit from the program’s assistance.

Representative Takac views the expansion of the Property Tax Rebate Program as a significant legislative achievement. By championing this initiative, he aims to maximize enrollment among seniors and eligible individuals in Centre County, providing vital financial relief to those in need.

The upcoming series of Property Tax Rebate Program clinics, organized by Representative Takac, will offer residents the opportunity to learn about the program and sign up for rebates. These clinics will be held at various locations across Centre County, providing convenient access to valuable resources.
