Convicted Killer Faces Death Penalty as DNA Evidence Links Him to 1998 Cold Case Murder of Itisha Camp

The police have charged Chester Turner, a 47-year-old man who is already in prison for killing 14 people, with murder and sexual assault. They found DNA evidence on Camp’s scarf and clothing that matched Turner. The police believe Turner strangled Camp and also sexually assaulted her. Turner is already in prison and faces the death penalty for his crimes.
