According to WisTV, John Latroy Robinson is on the run after breaking into a home in Dalzell, Sumter County. He took two French Bulldogs from the house and ran away. The police are now looking for him. Robinson used to be under house arrest, but he didn’t charge his ankle monitor like he was supposed to.
