A sad turn of events happened when 36-year-old Jason Karels from Round Lake Beach, Illinois, admitted to three counts of first-degree murder while mentally sick. He drowned and killed his three young children, Bryant, 5, Cassidy, 3, and Gideon, 2. The terrible event happened on June 13, 2022, and everyone in the town is still reeling from the loss.
The sad facts of the case show that police found a scary note at Karels’ house.
