Former crew member and ship’s bartender Grace O’Marcaigh, the complainant, claims Christian Combs forced her to drink tequila that had been tampered with in late December 2022. O’Marcaigh says that Christian touched her inappropriately and tried to coerce her into having intercourse. The lawsuit further claims that Sean Combs encouraged an atmosphere in which this kind of behavior was permitted and even allegedly covered it up afterward. This complaint, which comes at the same time as a federal probe into sex trafficking that resulted in raids on Combs’ homes, is the most recent in a string of legal actions aimed against the music magnate.

In a recent report in AP News, Sean and Christian Combs’ representatives have fiercely refuted the accusations, calling the lawsuit “lewd and meritless.” They have also declared that they will file a motion to dismiss the claim, calling the current investigation a “witch hunt.” Tyrone Blackburn, the plaintiff’s attorney, has responded to these assertions by claiming that there is video evidence of the assault. Sean Combs is already facing several legal obstacles, including this case and other claims of sexual misconduct made by some people in the music business. The legal dispute is shedding a lot of light on the well-known music mogul’s personal and professional standing.
