According to Fox News, traffic on a California highway got stuck because a truck carrying toilet paper rolls spilled its load onto the southbound lanes of the 5 Freeway in Newhall. This toilet paper highway chaos happened on Monday morning and made a big mess blocking two lanes of traffic in Los Angeles County. Officers from the California Highway Patrol quickly worked to clean up the toilet paper highway chaos spending about 20 minutes getting rid of the toilet paper and making traffic move again.
