The Army in Europe and Africa doesn’t have enough money for its costs and it could run out by May. They need Congress to agree on giving more money or they’ll have to make tough choices about where to spend what they have. The U.S. is still training Ukrainian soldiers because it’s important. There’s a big debate in Congress about giving more money to Ukraine. Some people are worried about other issues like border security which is making it hard to decide on the funding. A Russian critic died and some politicians are saying controversial things about NATO.
