Dolphins Bagged Home Incredible 70 Points

Dolphins did not just win their third consecutive game but accumulated a remarkable 70 points against the Broncos, leading to a 70-20 victory that can be considered the most by any NFL team in fifty-seven years. The 70 points the Dolphins acquired on Sunday were shy of what the Broncos have all season (69). The team’s completion of 70 points in the game surpassed their franchise record for most points in a game (56).

70 Points Plus Historic Record

After the Broncos conceded the 70 points of the Dolphins, the latter is now in fourth place for gaining 70 points and above score game in NFL history which includes the postseason. Three of the other teams were the 1940 Bears (70 points plus 3 in the NFL championship game), the 1966 Washington team (70 points plus 3), and the 1950 Rams (70 points).
