According to FBI statistics, violent crimes here are 763% higher than the national average, with an overall crime rate 409% above average, resulting in residents facing a one in eight chance of becoming crime victims, which makes Mercy Drive as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Orlando.

Roosevelt Park is notably more dangerous than the rest of Orlando, with a doubled risk of crime. Despite its affordable median rent of $929, the safety concerns in the neighborhood may make it less desirable, highlighting the trade-offs in the cost of living in Florida.
