Gabriel Davies and Justin Yoon pleaded guilty to the charges in connection with the murder they were accused of committing in 2022. Reports say the teen murder suspects will face more than 10 years in prison if convicted.
On September 6, the Prosecutor’s Office of Pierce County confirmed that Gabriel Davies and Justin Yoon, both 17, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in connection with the killing of Daniel McCaw near the city of Orting in Washington back in September 2022.In addition, an article in FOX 13 Seattle states that the teen murder suspects were also charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, first-degree murder, and first-degree burglary. Further reports say the teen murder suspects are scheduled to be sentenced on November 6 and will face more than 10 years in prison if convicted.

Teen Murder Suspects Seen in Surveillance
According to an article in King 5 News, on September 1, 2022, deputies were called to perform a welfare check at a residence where they discovered McCaw dead from evident gunshot and stab wounds. Upon examining the surveillance video at McCaw’s house, it reportedly showed the teen murder suspects entering McCaw’s backyard at around 1:59 a.m. on August 28. At around 2:41 a.m., McCaw was allegedly seen stumbling into his house and the teen murder suspects were seen fleeing the house carrying objects at around 2:52 a.m.
