Milwaukee man Curtis Hill has recently been handed a life sentence for his involvement in a fatal shooting that transpired on the city’s north side in 2021.

Milwaukee Man Curtis Hill Fatally Shoots Victim

Prosecutors presented a chilling account of the incident, outlining how Milwaukee man Curtis Hill took the life of a 24-year-old man and inflicted severe injuries upon a 19-year-old individual.

According to Fox6now, the fatal shooting occurred during an outdoor altercation near 23rd and Melvina.

Multiple eyewitnesses described the scene saying that Milwaukee man Curtis Hill approached the confrontation involving the 24-year-old victim and several other individuals.

Milwaukee man Curtis Hill resorted to violence, firing multiple rounds at point-blank range into the 24-year-old victim.  An autopsy revealed that the victim had been shot once in the chest and once in the back resulting in death.

The 19-year-old survivor recounted hearing the chilling sound of gunshots and found himself confronted by Milwaukee man Curtis Hill, standing over the lifeless body of the 24-year-old victim.

Fueled by fear and adrenaline, the 19-year-old made a desperate dash for safety, with Milwaukee man Curtis Hill in relentless pursuit. It was a terrifying chase that ended only when Hill’s firearm ceased firing, either due to ammunition depletion or a malfunction.

Milwaukee Man Curtis Hill Receives Life Sentence

Milwaukee man Curtis Hill, aged 41, was found guilty in June on charges of first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

The sentencing comes as a culmination of a tragic series of events that unfolded near 23rd and Melvina on March 1, 2021.

According to court records, Milwaukee man Curtis Hill’s conviction carries with it the possibility of extended supervision after serving 35 years in confinement.
