Craig Deleeuw Robertson, 75, the Utah man killed during an arrest and search warrant in his Utah home has reportedly pointed a revolver at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents prompting the latter to gun him down. The arrest of the Utah man killed, who is a U.S. Air Force veteran follows the alleged threats he made to President Joe Biden and other top Democrats, New York Post said.

According to a report, the Utah man killed had three children and was widowed twice. FBI Reviews Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Policy After Used of Deadly Force Against the Utah Man Killed

Fox News report stated that the FBI is currently trying to introspect the DOJ’s policy regarding the shooting incident involving the Utah man killed who pulled up a .357 handgun against its agents inciting them to fire at him.

The FBI reinstated the DOJ’s policy on its website citing that authorities may use deadly force in instances where they are facing imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person.
