In February 2020, Damien Green, along with Owen Southerland, then 16, and Logan Persing, then 15, allegedly plotted to rob Devon Pfirsching of money and marijuana in a drug related robbery. According to authorities, one of the teenagers pulled a gun on Pfirsching and hit him with it. Unfortunately, when the victim fought back, he was shot.

An article in the U.S. News & World Report states that the prosecutors agreed to reduce Green’s murder charge from second-degree. This means that on June 23, Green, now 19, pleaded guilty in Blair County Court to third-degree murder. Consequently, he was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison.

Nonetheless, Green also pleaded guilty to illegal use of a communication facility, conspiracy to commit robbery, and robbery in connection with the drug related robbery.
