A Florida man was accused of robbing, killing, and dismembering an Uber Eats employee after delivering food to his house.
Gruesome Death of Uber Eats Employee
The remains of the Uber Eats driver were found on April 21 on Moog Road and police authorities could not first identify who the victim was and the cause of his death. It was only after the examination conducted by the Pasco-Pinellas Medical Examiner that they identified the victim and the manner of his death.
According to a published in True Crime Daily, a home surveillance camera captured how Oscar Adrian Solis, 30 years old, attempted to rob the driver. During a press conference on April 25, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco described the incident as “gruesome” and the suspect, Solis, was a “very violent individual” and “demonic”.
Nocco also added that the gruesome killing happened on April 19 at around 7 p.m. when the Uber Eats employee arrived at Solis’ house to deliver food. Following this, Solis was accused of robbing and killing the Uber Eats employee.

How Did They Track the Uber Eats Employee?
Uber provided the last coordinates of their employee that led to the house of Solis. After knowing this, they checked the surveillance camera nearby and found Solis and another person carrying trash bags. Officers immediately obtained a search warrant and found the human remains of the Uber driver employee.
Officers initially arrested Solis for his failure to register as a felon and for parole violation. It was found that Solis was affiliated with an MS-13 gang and had a lengthy criminal record.
