During a nighttime training on March 29, two HH-60 Black Hawk helicopters have crashed near Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Reports say nine soldiers were killed during the accident and the U.S. Army recently released news that determined their identities.According to Britzky, the casualties of the Black Hawk helicopters crash were Corporal Emilie Marie Eve Bolanos, 23; Sergeant Isaacjohn Gayo, 27; Sergeant David Solinas Jr., 23; Staff Sergeant Taylor Mitchell, 30; Staff Sergeant Joshua Gore, 25; Chief Warrant Officer 2 Zachary Esparza, 36; Chief Warrant Officer 2 Rusten Smith, 32; Warrant Officer 1 Jeffrey Barnes, 33, and Warrant Officer 1 Aaron Healy, 32.

Black Hawk Helicopters Crashed
An article on CBS News states that the two Black Hawk helicopters were performing a routine training when they crashed at around 10:00 pm in an open field across a residential area. All nine of the soldiers aboard both aircraft were killed in the accident.
There were other aircraft performing other training flights during the time of the accident which is why there were several aircraft that were able to respond immediately to the accident site. A team from Fort Rucker, Alabama is investigating the accident on-site, but it is still unclear what caused the two Black Hawk helicopters to crash. Reports say this accident is the most fatal aviation training accident that happened since 2015. 11 soldiers were also killed when a Black Hawk crashed off the Florida coast then.
