Li Qiang, Zhao Leji, Wang Huning, Cai Qi, and Ding Xuexiang were instructed that 2023 was the first year of implementing the 20th CPC National Congress’s principles. Xi Jinping Calls for Robust Anti-Corruption Measures in Key Party Speech

Xi emphasized fighting corruption and dirt. Coordination against government corruption was his priority. Xi advocated holistic anti-corruption initiatives that addressed symptoms and core causes. Corrupt cliques, false allegations, cronyism, and public opinion manipulation were Xi’s seven sins. His recommendations included less official business engagement in banking, state-owned sectors, energy, medicine, and infrastructure.

For power abuse, Xi advised increasing corruption reforms. His message was to strengthen anti-corruption laws, punish bribe givers, and promote honesty in the new era.
