Her emergency order temporarily suspends open and concealed carry laws in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, prohibiting the carrying of guns on public property with some exceptions. Under the order, those with carry permits can have their firearms on private property like gun ranges and stores, provided certain safety measures are in place.
