$4.9 Million Mattress Settlement
Those shoppers who bought a bed frame with an HR Platform that was sold under the Bed Tech brand could get a claim from this mattress settlement and file it as soon as it opens.
The company agreed to pay a $4.9 million mattress settlement to fix a lawsuit against its Bed Tech be frames which are both allegedly harmful and defective.
The lawsuit that the Bed Tech bed frames faced was the issue of its frames that causes injuries and death for customers and also their loved ones. Over 100 reports were received of the bed frames collapsing.
These are the purchased model numbers; HR60 or HR66, HR50, HR46, HR33XL, and HR33.
To be eligible, all purchases must be made between April 8, 2015, and April 8, 2021.

How To Claim Your $116 From the Mattress Settlement?
Global Home Imports and Mattress Firm were not blamed for the mattress settlement, but a total of $4.9 million will be paid out to customers who are affected.
To receive your payment, you must show your proof of purchase and also return the bed frame within two years. You can also choose whether you will get your payment through a gift card or cash payment.
For those who bought California King Frame, you can claim $115.68, while $73.98 for those who purchased twin XL frames. You’ll still be eligible for a $125 Bed Tech gift card if you decide not to return the item. A $125 Bed Tech gift card for class members.
Settlements must file by May 4 of this year, but you need to wait for final approval on July 19, 2023.
To get the money, you must submit your valid claim form by August 4.
