Claim Up to $500 From Build-A-Bear Settlement!

Build-A-Bear customers can claim up to $500 from a $4.1 million settlement. Reportedly, Build-A-Bear has settled a lawsuit over text messages and has agreed to pay its customers.

They will pay their customers who received two or more text messages from the company between the dates of September 24, 2017, and March 28, 2023.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act prohibits companies from calling or texting their customers after they have opted for all the services.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act also pushes companies to maintain an official option in opting out of all their customer’s communications.

How to be Eligible for the Build-A-Bear Settlement?

Build-A-Bear customers must prove to the toy company that they have sent text message terms “Quit”, or “Stop” to be eligible for the settlement.

Only American consumers are expected to claim up to $5oo, but eventually, the payment will depend on how many will claim.

You must submit your claim through text messages or emails by July this year, as the payments will be expected to be released on September 6, 2023. Check your emails and messages cause you might be one of the lucky recipients of this payment.

On the other hand, all the allegations of the settlement have been denied by Build-A-Bear company.
