The University of Idaho has announced that the rental home where the four Idaho student murders happened will be demolished. The four students were reportedly murdered in November last year.

According to Ruiz, Green also stated that he has plans to create a memorial and healing garden to honor the victims of the Idaho student murders and other students who have died in the past years. To date, the location for the memorial has not been decided yet.

The Idaho Student Murders Case
According to Levy, on November 13, 2022, around 4 a.m., a masked suspect allegedly sneaked into the rental home on King Road where the Idaho student murders happened. The murdered victims were identified as Ethan Chapin, 20, his girlfriend, Xana Kernodle, 20, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, and Madison Mogen, also 21.
Police eventually identified the suspect as Bryan Kohberger, then 28. Kohberger was reportedly a student of criminology Ph.D. at Washington State University. Since the Idaho student murders, Kohberger was expelled and is being held at Latah County Jail in Moscow, Idaho. A judge reportedly ordered Kohberger to be held with no bail. The suspect also faced charges of a felony burglary and four counts of first-degree murder.
