According to Shine My Crown, Ketanji Brown Jackson is getting ready for her new job as the first Black woman on the Supreme Court. Before she starts, she’s selling her house in Washington, DC. It’s a big house with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. She and her husband bought it for $1.87 million in 2013. Now, they’re selling it for $2.5 million.
The house, located in a nice DC neighborhood, features a charming porch and spacious interior with a grand staircase. It includes a living room, den, library, and a beautiful kitchen with a large island and deck outside. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with bathrooms and a bonus room on the top floor. The basement has a gym and craft area. Ketanji Brown Jackson, born in Washington, D.C., went to Harvard University and worked as a lawyer before becoming a Supreme Court Justice. She’s the first Black woman to hold this position.
