Greystar and Resmark Obtain $95 Million Loan for Santa Clarita Housing Project
New Development to Bring Over 250 Apartments and 60 Townhomes to the Area
According to the Real Deal, Greystar Real Estate Partners and the Resmark Companies have received a big loan of $95 million to start a new housing project in Santa Clarita. The project called Sand Canyon Plaza will cover a large area and include over 250 apartments and 60 townhomes. The loan comes from Kennedy Wilson showing that they believe in the Sand Canyon Plaza project and the rental market in Santa Clarita.
