Requirements for Participation in Guaranteed Income to Grow Ann Arbor

Residents in Ann Arbor Michigan are waiting for their next payment in the Guaranteed Income to Grow Ann Arbor program. This project led by the University of Michigan’s Poverty Solutions team helps 100 small business owners and entrepreneurs in the area. Monthly aid payments started in January and the next one for March will come in 18 days on the 15th of the month.

The program aims to assist people who run small businesses or work independently but struggle financially. Applicants must live in Ann Arbor be at least 18 years old and have income below 225% of the federal poverty line. Those receiving federal aid like SNAP or Pell Grants are likely eligible. It is a way to support those who contribute to the community but face financial difficulties.
