Several persons were caught filing false tax returns in Mississippi which later led to their imprisonment.

Filing False Tax Returns Leads To Prison

Several individuals in Mississippi were sentenced to prison for participating in filing false tax returns for clients in Jackson. One of the suspects in filing false tax returns is Adam Earnest who received 100 months in prison.

James Klish is also a suspect in the filing false tax returns case and received 50 months, as well as John Wells who received 15 months. The suspects of the filing false tax returns case were also ordered to serve three years of supervised release
