She helped set up a sick-call program at the clinic that benefits both patients and medics. The program allows medics to improve their skills through Algorithm-Directed Troop Medical Care (ADTMC).

The implementation of sick calls has resulted in a significant increase in patients receiving timely care at the facility, reducing the need for referrals to urgent care.
