According to NBCchicago, A fight broke out between a 17-year-old girl and a 26-year-old woman on South Fort Dearborn Drive late at night. The girl hurt the woman with a sharp object. The woman, who has a special permit to carry a gun, pulled out her gun and shot the girl.

Teen Girl Injured in Shoulder Shooting, Woman Okay After Altercation
