Missing Kansas Mother and Daughters Suspected to Have Traveled to Mexico

A 23-year-old mother and her two young daughters from Kansas have been reported missing. Martha Unger and her children, Madilynn Grace Unger (2 years old) and Haylie Faith Unger (1 year old), were last seen on June 28th in rural Haskell County, according to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI).

Authorities suspect Martha Unger may have been coerced to travel to Mexico with another couple in their 50s, Corney and Elizabeth Klaasen. They were driving Martha’s 2015 white Ford Explorer with a Kansas license plate, while the Klaasens were in a white and black Chevy Blazer with a Mexican tag.

Law enforcement has issued an endangered persons advisory, urging anyone with information to contact the Haskell County Sheriff’s Office or call 911 immediately.

Corney Klaasen, described as a 6’2″ male weighing around 200 lbs, clean-shaven, was last seen wearing jeans and a button-up shirt. Martha Unger is 5’6″, approximately 120 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Her daughters, Madilynn and Haylie, have blonde hair and blue eyes, according to the report of People.
