Investigation Reveals Disturbing History of Neglect and Abuse Prior to Child’s Death
According to True Crime News, in a tragic case from Evansville, Indiana 23-year-old Destiny Rhoades and her 16-year-old boyfriend Christian Gonzalez are charged in the death of 4-year-old Octavia Aquino. On June 14 police were alerted when Octavia was found unresponsive at home by a roommate. She was severely distressed and showed minimal brain activity despite medical efforts. Rhoades was at work while Gonzalez and three other women were present in the home.
