According to True Crime News, in Decatur, Georgia the conviction of 22-year-old Sincere Rush for the murder of his 51-year-old housemate Marcus Bradford has brought a tragic incident to a judicial close. Rush was found guilty by a jury of malice murder felony murder aggravated assault and possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony. The verdict delivered by DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston followed a disturbing scene that unfolded on November 28, 2022. Responding to a call police found Bradford fatally shot in the garage of their rented home where both men resided as tenants.

Allegedly Rush confronted Bradford and his girlfriend while they were eating pizza in their car inside the garage complaining about noise. Despite Rush’s claims of acting in self-defense surveillance footage and audio recordings revealed discrepancies in his account showing he was armed while Bradford was unarmed.
