Surveillance footage captured Fisher driving a white sports car intentionally hitting 64-year-old Steven Anderson as he checked his mail on May 3rd. The footage shows Fisher reversing the car and striking Anderson again before getting out with a knife. Witnesses called for help as Fisher approached flipped Anderson and kissed him before stabbing him nine times.
