Due to allegations that he stole a Kearney Catch-A-Ride vehicle, 32-year-old Pedro Solis Jr. of Kearney, Texas, is facing felony theft charges. According to KNSB Local 4, at 1:15 in the morning, the event happened, and the police were called. After the stolen white Cadillac was discovered in an alleyway behind H&R Block, Solis was discovered in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Officers gave Solis instructions, but he disobeyed them, leading to his final arrest. After Solis climbed into the driver’s seat and took off, the taxi driver who had picked him up the first time reported the theft. A preliminary hearing has been set for May 8 at 3:30 p.m., and Solis’s bond has been set at 10% of $20,000.
