Former Basketball Player Brendan Paul Arrested
Legal Proceedings Ahead
According to Syracuse, in Miami, Brendan Paul, a former basketball player from Syracuse University got into trouble with the law. Brendan Paul was arrested for having drugs including cocaine and another illegal substance. The police found these drugs in Brendan Paul’s bag at the Miami Opa-Locka Executive Airport. After being released on a $2,500 bond, Paul is set to go to court on April 24.

Alleged Connections to Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs
Before this arrest a lawsuit connected Brendan Paul to the rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit accused Brendan Paul of working as a drug courier getting and giving drugs and guns to Combs. At the same time, federal agents and other police were searching places linked to Combs for a different investigation about sex trafficking. Brendan Paul’s journey from playing basketball at Syracuse University to facing legal problems is a big change. Even though he left Syracuse to go to Fairmont State University his recent troubles have put him in a bad situation.
