Along with Sean Combs, Cuba Gooding Jr. is another defendant in an assault lawsuit.
Cuba Gooding Jr. As A New Defendant
Before the addition of Cuba Gooding Jr., music producer Rodney Jones sued Sean Diddy Combs for assault and harassment in February.
He has now added actor Cuba Gooding Jr. to the lawsuit. Jones claims in the complaint that Cuba Gooding Jr. harassed and assaulted him on Combs’s yacht.
Cuba Gooding Jr. is now named a co-defendant in the lawsuit, along with Combs and others. Jones also accuses Combs of forcing him to solicit workers, engage in unwelcome acts, and witness illegal activities.
According to a published article by Yahoo, Cuba Gooding Jr. allegedly touched and groped Jones, who pushed him away.
The lawsuit has been amended to include Cuba Gooding Jr. as a defendant. Cuba Gooding Jr.’s representative has not yet responded to the request for comment.

In a published article by People, Sean Diddy Combs’ lawyer denies the allegations and says they have proof that Jones is lying. Federal agents raided two of Combs’ properties as part of an ongoing investigation.
Cuba Gooding Jr. has faced previous assault allegations, including pleading guilty to forcibly touching a woman in 2018 and settling a lawsuit in 2020 for allegedly groping a woman in 2013.
