Christian Basham, the child rape suspect, was arrested in 2008 for child rape, was presumed dead but was recently identified as Mark Clemens.

The rape suspect died in Los Angeles in February, working as a maintenance man for an apartment building.

Neighbors were shocked to learn of the rape suspect’s past.
