Andrew Morrison, 34, and David Morrison, 38, both from California, were apprehended by the Major Crimes Bureau of the LA County Sheriff’s Department last week in connection with a heinous theft of handbags from Costco. A woman sustained serious injuries in late November. They were detained on suspicion of robbery, according to KTLA report. A meticulous inquiry into the heinous crime has led to this apprehension.

The unnamed lady was assaulted in Industry on November 26th while carrying goods into her car. A man appeared from an SUV and tried to steal her purse. The attacker dragged her 50 feet across the parking lot before fleeing with the bag despite her resistance. The woman had a face fracture, abrasions, and a scalp laceration. These injuries caused life-threatening trauma and demanded an emergency police response.

The Morrison brothers were arrested in Diamond Bar after a lengthy LASD investigation. A search warrant reportedly yielded critical evidence, including the victim’s possessions. Both suspects remain in detention on a $500,000 bond while the investigation proceeds.
