A 41-year-old man was charged and arrested after a 9-year-old boy was struck to the head by a stray bullet while another boy was wounded.
Bullet Struck the 9-Year-Old Boy
Police authorities confirmed that a 9-year-old boy died after he was struck by a stray bullet that pierced a wall from a neighbor’s apartment. It was also found that his 10-year-old brother was wounded and was rushed to the hospital and be treated. Reports show that the 10-year-old boy is in a non-life-threatening condition.
In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a home at 5300 block of Boulder Highway and found the boy identified as Sir’ Armani Iyair Clark suffering from a gunshot wound in the head. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead.

Suspect is Now in the Custody
According to a published article in Yahoo News, Eliazar Quintero, the suspect, is now in the custody of the Nevada Department of Corrections for unrelated gun and drug convictions. He was considered the primary suspect in the death of the 9-year-old boy.
Reports also revealed that Quintero was supposed to be sentenced for firearm ownership two days after the shooting incident. However, the judge ordered a warrant of arrest after he failed to appear in court. He will serve two to five years in prison.
