A 33-year-old Georgia mom who was accused of killing her infant pleaded not guilty last week to murder and other charges.
Georgia Mom Pleaded Not Guilty
A Georgia mom identified as Jennifer Cooper, 33 years old, pleaded not guilty last week to murder and other charges in connection to the death of her infant who was found dead on her couch. Police authorities also said that she was arrested at the crime scene.
In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, the Chatham County Police Department responded at 100 block of Quacco Road and found the deceased body of the infant. The Georgia mom was on the scene and was immediately arrested.

Georgia Mom is Facing Different Charges
According to Yahoo News, Jennifer Cooper was charged with murder, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of and use of drug-related objects when she was arrested. However, she entered into a not-guilty plea on October 5.
Furthermore, a detective investigating the crime said that he “observed suspicious injuries to the baby’s neck, back, swelling near the eyes, blood on the baby’s face, and then an indentation on top of the head of the baby,” It was also found that one of her children died last year on the couch from sudden infant death syndrome but she did not face any charges.
