The Amazon fraud report has been handed down to the legal court and the Shelton man now awaits prison time for defrauding the shopping website.
Amazon Fraud Report Of Oshane Stewart
Oshane Steward was dealt with legally for his Amazon fraud report as court documents and statements all indicted his fraudulent act. The Amazon fraud report can be traced back to the thirty-one-year-old Shelton man who allegedly used multiple vendor accounts to sell merchandise through a third party on the Amazon website. According to the Amazon fraud report via the United States Attorney’s Office, the perpetrator created the accounts by providing false names and email addresses, among others.
After setting up the accounts, the Shelton man would notify Amazon he was shipping the valuable merchandise to be sold by the company. The Amazon fraud report added that Stewart would claim he shipped the merchandise but would pretend that it had been lost. The scammer would then support his false claims with fabricated documents. The Amazon fraud report has it that Amazon sent Stewart a series of refunds for the “lost” merchandise.

Amazon Fraud Report Sentencing
As per the Amazon fraud report, Stewart was sentenced to eighteen months of imprisonment, consecutively a three-year supervised release, on September 5, Friday, for defrauding Amazon. The charges were ruled by Connecticut’s Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford. Judge Thompson also ordered Steward to pay a restitution of $742,231.16, the total amount he defrauded from Amazon. Further, the Amazon fraud report stated that Stewart is currently released on bond, and is required to report to prison on December 5.
To date, the Shelton man admitted to one count of wire fraud in November 2022. Two other individuals including his brother and one accomplice pleaded guilty in connection to the Amazon fraud report prior in November with both awaiting sentencing.
