After a thorough investigation, it was found that two individuals were responsible for the Delaware murder that took place last March. The two have been already arrested and charged with murder.
Who are the Individuals Behind the Delaware Murder?
The case of the Delaware murder began on March 19, when Delaware State Police responded to a traffic incident. Shortly after the police arrived at the scene, they found a man inside a vehicle who was wounded by a gunshot. The unidentified victim was confirmed dead at the scene. It was found out later that the victim went to a particular private property with a woman. The woman was identified later as Sierra Steiner, a 28-year-old woman from Newark, one of two individuals responsible for the man’s murder, later known as the Delaware murder.
The other individual responsible for the Delaware murder was later known as Charles Lowe, a 44-year-old man from Newark. Lowe reportedly parked his vehicle behind the victim’s and approached him later. According to officials, the victim attempted to escape by car but was then shot by one of the suspects, leading him to crash his car. Police then reported that Lowe fled the scene with Steiner.

How the Individuals Behind the Delaware Murder Were Arrested
After the Delaware Murder investigations, the police confirmed that Lowe and Steiner were indeed the suspects. Their arrest warrants were finally obtained last April 7. The two were then spotted in Elkton, Maryland shortly after their warrants came in. Hartford County SWAT and some officers from Cecil County were on the scene. The two tried to escape and in the process, the car they were driving crashed in a nearby parking lot, leading to their arrest.
After the individuals were cleared medically from a hospital nearby, the Delaware murder individuals were then transported to the barracks of the State Police and were charged with first-degree murder, felony, second-degree conspiracy, and illegal possession of firearms. The Delaware murder case is still ongoing and investigators advise the public to come forward with any information regarding the said case.
