Colorado Stimulus Check: Get Max $318 Food Tax Rebate

Starting March 1 until June 30, residents of Boulder, Colorado can apply for a maximum of a $318 food tax rebate.

$162,000 Rebate Payments In 2023

According to Boulder city records, they have distributed a total of $162,000 in rebate payments during the previous year. Sky21 have reported that authorities processed and approved 1,093 out of 1,241 applications that has been submitted for the rebate program in 2023. Data shows that 679 elderlies, 267 designated families and 147 individuals with disabilities received the rebates.

Reported by Sky 21, eligible individual residents will receive $104, and families will receive $318. These amounts are higher than the amounts distributed in 2023.

Criteria To Benefit From The Boulder, Colorado Stimulus Check

Residents of Boulder, Colorado can now submit applications for this year’s stimulus check which is the food tax rebate. A resident can be qualified if with disabilities, aged 62 or older or a member of a family with children below the age of 18, during the whole year of 2023. Qualified residents must submit proof of residency in Boulder, Colorado during the whole 2023 and documents proving that they met the financial criteria. Deadline of submission is on June 30.

The food tax rebate has been initiated since 1967 with a goal of helping low-income community members from the financial stress of the city’s sales tax on food items.
