Low-income residents of Boulder, Colorado, can avail of the Food Tax Rebate program which started since 1967, according to Boulder officials.
Individuals Can Get Max $ 104 While Families Can Get Up To $ 318
If qualified, residents of Boulder, Colorado can avail of its Food Tax Rebate program. It aims to help low-income families pay for food and save money, reported by The Sun. Launched on February 15, the program will start receiving applications in March until June 30, 2024.
Qualified residents are those at least 62 years old and lived in the Boulder for the entire 2023 calendar year. The resident must have a disability or have a family with children below 18 years of age for the entire 2023 calendar year.
Community members who received services from a city-recognized homeless services agency, can be eligible for the refund too.

How to apply?
Applications will be available on the city’s website. Qualified residents may also opt to fill out physical applications. For any questions, they can send a message to [email protected].
Recipients of the benefit of 2023 should have received 2024 application via their email. Colorado has granted a total of 1,093 rebates and $162,000 funds were given.
