The WIC program is offering replacements for food and formula benefits lost during Hurricane Beryl until the end of July. Eligible families can apply for these replacement benefits through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission by contacting 211 or by mailing a specific form. Once approved these benefits will be promptly processed and added to their Lone Star Cards within two business days. This swift assistance is crucial in providing immediate relief to households across Texas grappling with the aftermath of the storm.
