The incident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. near 35th and Southern Avenues. Fernando Rodriguez-Sanchez 22 allegedly drove under the influence when he collided with another vehicle. Mandley ejected from his car during the crash suffered severe injuries and tragically passed away the next morning despite medical efforts.
